John Romanelli, D.D.S. Dr. John Romanelli graduated from University of Toronto in 1983 with a B.Sc.. In 1987, he completed his undergraduate dental training at University of Toronto with a D.D.S. In 1991, he received a Diploma in Periodontology from the University of Toronto. At the same time, he completed a research project on temporomandibular disorders and diagnostic approaches for TMD, earning an M.Sc. at the University of Toronto. Dr. Romanelli has been clinical instructor in the Department of Periodontology, University of Toronto from 1988-2000. He is a member of numerous professional organizations. He maintains a practice limited to periodontics and implant surgery in Toronto and Vaughan. He specializes in ridge preservation and augmentation surgery leading to implant placement, as well as cosmetic surgical procedures in preparation for fixed/removable and implant prosthetics.
